Offering a $7,500 Sign On Bonus!! CDL Rear Load Drivers are responsible for servicing customers with the collection and hauling of waste or recycling materials to a disposal site or recycling plant. This position requires the ability to operate various types of trucks. Drivers will service many different routes in various areas, so excellent driving/maneuvering skills are essential. This position may require driving in congested and/or confined areas. This position requires repetitive labor tasks to include lifting 40-50 pound containers upwards of 500 times per day. Additionally this role will be in all elements of weather to include, cold, rainy, snowy, or heat. Responsibilities of Position: Operate truck in a safe manner in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
